• Please call 203-292-3347 or book online ahead to reserve your space in class
   

• GPS will bring you to our front Post Rd entrance, which is very easy to miss - if you see Oggi Gelato, you are at the right place! You may park along the street and enter through Oggi, walk through to the rear exit, and take the elevator down to LL from there
  You may also drive around to the rear of the building and park in the attached covered garage (free) off of Sherman St. Enter through the glass door and take the elevator down to LL

• Gi and NoGi Uniform Policy for Visitors/Drop In  –
  We require Black or White Gi with no affiliation* patches Rashguards must be worn underneath your Gi
  NoGi set (rashguard + nogi shorts +/- spats) must be Black/White/Ranked with no other affiliation*
  *As an affiliate of Essential Jiu Jitsu, Essential uniforms are accepted

• Students are required to wear the Hammer uniform

​

• Bring easy on/off shoes (flip flops, slides, crocs, etc), a water bottle, and towel if you would like to shower after class
   

• Please be sure all nails on hands and feet are trimmed short before class. Untrimmed nails pose a serious safety risk.

• The academy has male and female locker rooms equipped with showers

​

• Drop in rates apply – $30 per class

​

• Uniforms (gi or nogi) may be rented for $10/class

​

• Uniform Policy does not apply to Open Mat. All uniforms accepted (rashguard required for both Gi and NoGi)
